The Taurus 605 Poly Protector is chambered in the potent .357 Magnum/.38 Special +P cartridge, is easy to conceal and is exceptionally reliable. It utilizes a 5-shot cylinder which gives the weapon a slender width of just under 2-inches, allowing the 605 Poly Protector to be carried in a waistband holster with little to no imprinting. The cylinder, frame, and barrel are made from high-strength stainless steel, and feature a Matte Black Oxide finish, as well as an ultra-durable Black Polymer finish that makes the weapon immune to the effects of weathering, corrosion, and scuffing. Other features of the 605 Poly Protector include soft rubber grips, these grips feature ergonomic finger grooves, aggressive texturing in key areas, and a sizable palm swell that comfortably fill the user’s hands.
